The Economic Analysis of Law Review, created as a vehicle for the dissemination of theoretical and empirical studies, with a high degree of exogeny, addresses new and old legal issues under an innovative perspective. It is a publication with a broad spectrum, both from a methodological standpoint and from a scope standpoint, its articles explore unusual aspects of legal-political issues using traditional economic disciplines such as microeconomics, Game Theory, econometrics and Public Choice Theory, as well as more recent disciplines such as behavioral economics, or even from other areas such as sociology and evolutionary biology, without disregarding high complexity legal approaches. Article reception and evaluation is done in a continuous stream of submissions.
